This guide will help you to answer frequently asked questions about delivery and tracking of orders.-
What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
You can have your order delivered or you can Click & Collect. Each store delivers to within a 10km radius of that store. Click & Collect is available for any address outside of the delivery area. Delivery is charged at R50 for the first 5km and R10 for every 1km thereafter. -
When will my order be delivered?
You can select your available timeslot when you place your order. -
Can I change my delivery address?
You can create multiple delivery addresses for your account. Make sure you select the store you want to shop from before adding items to your cart. Changing the store once you have items in your cart will delete the order. -
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Sure. To reschedule your delivery date, please send an email to: support@ultraliquors.co.za -
